Overview

Enviro Test Construct portable ultrasonic flow meter is designed for measuring the fluid velocity of a liquid within a closed conduit. The non-contacting, clamp-on transducers offer advantages such as non-fouling operation and easy installation. The meter employs two transducers that serve as ultrasonic transmitters and receivers. Positioned at a specific distance on the outside of a closed pipe, these transducers operate by alternately transmitting and receiving a frequency-modulated burst of sound energy between them. The transit time measured directly correlates with the liquid velocity in the pipe, providing accurate flow measurements. The mounting method (V, W, or Z) is selected based on pipe and liquid characteristics.
